Azerbaijan’s hope for economic
recovery conflicts with the country’s environmental problems. It is difficult
for the economy of Azerbaijan to progress due to the environmental degradation
of their natural resources. The country needs to most especially protect their
oil deposits which are located in the Caspian Sea.
