For a science experiment, Mala measured the height of a plant every week. She recorded the information in the table. Assuming the growth is linear, write an equation in point-slope form to represent the height y of the plant after x weeks.

The increase in x is five times the increase in y,  

so x = 5y or y = x/5  

When x=0, y = 12  

So y = x/5 +12 or 5y = x + 60
