Hoovervilles is the correct and only answer......I'm pretty sure at least

Jcook19,

A main indicator of the spread of homelessness during the Great Depression was "Hoovervilles." Hoovervilles are towns that were made during the great depression to help lower the amount of homeless people. During the great depression many people become homeless. It was the time of low income which caused many people to loose jobs, and businesses.

Hope this helps!
