Assuming theres a multiple choice list to go with, but it wasnt provided.

if you isolate y to turn it into a y=mx+b equation, which is what this looks like,

4y+10 = 3x, next 4y= 3x - 10, assuming you isolate y again, then you divide the 4 to finish isolationg it leaving you with

y = 3/4x - 2.5
