According to the ninth amendment of the Constitution what do the enumerated rights in the bill of rights not do?

The enumerated rights in the Bill of Rights do not deny rights that are not specifically listed. In other words, simply because some rights are enumerated (specified), does not mean rights other than them cannot exist.
