United States and United Kingdom formulated the Europe First
Policy during World War 2 because they fear that Germany might be able to
establish dominance in the European continent. Since the only remaining country
that stops Germany from its efforts is United Kingdom, United States needed to
provide assistance to the losing forces of their ally.
