first, you should add -1 on both sides of the equation so yu will have: 9 - 1 ≤ c so 8 ≤ c now if you wanna show it in the graph you should put a dark dot on 8 and graph a line up to the 8 so your graph is the second one (under the pic) :)) I hope this is helpful have a nice day
