What would be a good schedule for eating since im dealing with loss of appetite i need like a schedule for eating times, do you know a good schedule like as if it were breakfast lunch and dinner?

I heard you're supposed to wait 4-5 hours between meals so a schedule of 9 am for breakfast then 12 for lunch then around 5 for dinner.
