The Clinical role I decided to do my discussion on is the advanced practice nurse role. the non clinical role that I decided to do my discussion on is Managment role.HIPPA affects the way information is shared and secured by limiting what information of the patient’s can be shared with others.

Health care providers, Hospitals, clinics all have the sole responsibility of providing a department that provides security in HIPPA information for its clients- they have the required technical expertise plus understand the current  HIPPA laws. The Management role is a top priority for all Health care providers.
