2x -9 = 5y
(2x -9) /5 = y

x= -1
(2(-1) -9)/5 =y
(-2 -9) / 5 = y
-11/5 = y

x=0
(0-9)/5 = y
-9/5 = y

x=1
(2(1) - 9) /5 = y
-7/5 = y
