Explain why Shakespeare took mythological and folklore tales and put them all in the same world. Does this seem to work? Why?

Shakespeare triggers an area in our brains that only he could. he intertwined these two topics/ subjectary elements to trigger our since of imagination and to connect us to the characters through our current emotions amd past experiences.
