1)
Write an absolute value equation that is reflected, vertically shifted 2/3 units down and 1/2 units to the right.

2)
Write an absolute value equation with a horizontal shift 4 units to the right.

Not sure about the first one

(2) f(x) = | x-4 |

I don't know if this helps you?..

Start with basic absolute value equation like y = |x|

1) Reflected means we are multiplying the absolute value expression by a negative number like -1. So:

y = -|x|

Vertically shifted 2/3 units down,

y = -|x| - 2/3

And 1/2 units to the right looks like this:

y = -|x - 1/2| - 2/3

2) Again, start with y = |x|

A horizontal shift 4 units to the right looks like this:

y = |x - 4|
