If there is a slow internet connection or limited access to certain sites, it is often better to do what?

It is often better to check your connection and make sure it is secure.  Sometimes restarting the computer also works.  Hope this helped!

I would recommend getting a VPN, it helps sometimes and unblocks any website (which helps if you are on a school internet access)
