You would subtract 7x
[tex]15c = w - 7x[/tex]
Then you would move w to the other side.
[tex]15c - w = - 7x[/tex]
So, Then to get x by itself you need to divide by -7.
[tex] - \frac{15}{7} + 7w = x[/tex]
