Water is a colorless, tasteless and odorless substance which is considered to be an universal solvent.
Though you have asked for the structural formula of water which shows the arrangement of the molecules in a compound, but since I cannot draw it here so I will explain in words and hope to make it clear.
Water is made up of Hydrogen and Oxygen in the ratio 2:1 respectively. Therefore its chemical formula is H2O, meaning that each molecule of water contains one Oxygen atom in the middle combined with 1 Hydrogen atom at 'each side' which are bonded covalently.
