physical activity is good to lift you mood and make you feel productive and good, so that'd be mental and emotional benefit. obviously it could also be a physical benefit because you are becoming more healthy. another mental benefit would be if you needed a distraction from something unsettling or upsetting. a social benefit would be if you did a physical activity to help others such as walks for cancer and such, or if you were like a physical trainer that helps other people get fit and stuff. hope this helps :)
