For plan 1 you are able to watch 3 movies and pay the annual fee for a total of $52.50 . (Meaning you can only watch 3 movies a year) (annual means per year, so that means that every month it is $3.75 per month ($45 divided by 12) with additional costs of $2.50 per movie)
For plan 2 you are able to watch 14 movies a year with a total of $52.50.
