[tex]g(h(x))=(x^2-1)^2+6(x^2-1)\\\\g(h(x))=x^4-2x^2+1+6x^2-6\\\\g(h(x))=x^4+4x^2-5[/tex]

First, you should simplify. If this were a problem with numbers and not letters what is the first thing you would do? Multiply h by x. The problem would then look like this: g(hx). Easy, right? Next, all you have to do is isolate x. Divide both sides by h. The expression should now look like this: g/h=x.
