- 0.00326 -> sci. notation calls for sig figs
- you'd get 3.26 as the coefficient, since 3 is greater than 1 and less than 10
- then, you'd multiply the coefficient by 10^x power, w/ x being the opposite of the number of decimal places you moved to the right
- x would be -3, not +3, since you moved to the right to get a bigger number as the coefficient, so your exponent would have to decrease to compensate
- 3.26 x 10^-3 should be your answer (please review my explanation)
