[tex]2^{-3}\cdot 3^{-2}[/tex]

[tex]2^-3=\frac{1}{2^3}[/tex]

[tex]3^-2=\frac{1}{3^2}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{1}{2^3}*\frac{1}{3^2}[/tex]

[tex]\frac{1*1}{2^3*3^2}[/tex]

[tex]2^3*3^2=72[/tex]

[tex]=\frac{1}{72}[/tex]

Hope this helps!

Thanks!
