Hi Labandawil,

What were the Constitutional changes to the presidency?

The changes that I know of were when Woddrow Wilson was president. During that the constitution passed 2 ammendants that were constitutional. The 18th and 19th ammendmants which is the woman's suffrage and prohibition. The 18th ammendmant also known as the Volstead Act Wison vetoed, and stated that is was unforceable. But the constitution eforced instead.

uring Wilson's eight years as president, Congress passed two constitutional amendments: prohibition (18th); and women's suffrage (19th). Wilson vetoed the Volstead Act (the 18th amendment), believing it to be unenforceable, but the law, designed to enforce Prohibition, was passed over his veto.
