Disadvantage: judging before truly getting to know someone because sometimes people overthink while doing personality tests

Personality tests are extremely popular, however, they also present some problems. These problems could become even more serious if the tests were administered by employers.
An advantage of this approach would be that the employer would learn more about the employee, and he could tailor the work to better fit him.
A disadvantage would be that some employees could consider this to be an invasion of privacy.
