Separation of Powers Benefits
The legal policy that defines the authorities vested in any person or establishment. It distributes governmental authorization within three categories: legislative (Parliament or Senate), Executive (President or Prime Minister and the Cabinet), and Judiciary (Chief Justice and other judges). It is to obtain citizen's safety as the primary need. The administrative department takes out the revelations but cannot make decisions to make themselves dominant.
