Like up the numbers by the decimal point and do add the numbers. If the two numbers added (ex. 4 and 9) go over 1, add the one to the keft

9.08 + 14.6= 23.68 you add like if it was a normal equation but with the decimal and also the decimal stays in the same place you don't move it
