The smallest division on a graduated cylinder is 1 mL. You could probably estimate to half of the smallest division, so your volume reading would be 93.0 mL ± 0.5 mL.
The smallest division on a beaker is 10 mL. You could probably estimate to half of the smallest division, so your volume reading would be 90 mL ± 5 mL.
The graduated cylinder is more precise because you get more decimal places in your measurement.
The accuracy of the measurement, however, depends on you.
