(3x+2x^2-x^4)-(6x^4-7x+2x^2)
I don’t understand it...please help

3x + 2x^2 - x^4 - 6x^4 + 7x - 2x^2

(We switched all the signs in the second parentheses because of the minus in front)

3x - x^4 - 6x^4 + 7x
10x - 7x^4

Are you supposed to solve for x or just simplify?
