First of all, we must solve the parenthesis. Inside the parenthesis we have a division and a multiplication, which are operation with the same priority. So, we perform them as they appears:

[tex] 8^2+9(12 \div 3\cdot 2)-7 [/tex]

[tex] 8^2+9(4\cdot 2)-7 [/tex]

[tex] 8^2+9\cdot 8-7 [/tex]

Now we have an exponential, a multiplication and a subtraction. The highest priority is the exponential:

[tex] 64 + 9\cdot 8 - 7 [/tex]

Next the multiplication:

[tex] 64 + 72 - 7 [/tex]

Now we only have sum and subtraction. We can perform these operations in order:

[tex] 136 - 7 [/tex]

[tex] 129 [/tex]

PEMDAS
Parentheses-Exponents-Multiply-Divide-Add-Subtract
**M/D is interchangeable, A/S is interchangeable** (solve left to right)

8^2+9(12÷3×2)-7 Get rid of parentheses (12÷3)
8^2+9(4×2)-7 4×2
8^2+9(8)-7 9×8
8^2+72-7 Get rid of exponents. (8^2=8×8)
64+72-7 Add (64+72)
136-7 Subtract
129
Answer: 129
