You commute to school by walking .5 miles to the bus stop in 10 minutes, then waiting 4 minutes for the bus, then writing the bus for 2 miles in 4 minutes.
As the graph goes into a straight line, he velocity is constant which means the object is at rest. Before then, the object was going at a flatter slope therefore going slower due to walking. At the end, the objects slope was faster due to the line being steeper.
