I dont have any knowledge with this so I cant help with writing it, but I will try to help give you some ideas. You can write it like diary entries, or like a newspaper article. Use tons of adjectives, but don`t use basic ones.
Instead of Happy, use blissful or exultant
Instead of Sad, use miserable or wretched
Instead of lonely, use isolated or solitary
This will make your writing seem more mature, immersive, and entertaining to read. Also, if you want to check for spelling errors, copy and paste your essay into Google Translate and listen to it. You will be able to hear the errors then. Sorry I couldn't help more. Good Luck!!!
