Let's take a look at some of the ways Hitler broke the Treaty of Versailles:

1.) Reparations - Germany was to blame (or as was agreed by most) for the cause of the war, therefore Germany had to pay for repairs and equipment (which went straight out of their economy and into the pockets of some other country's) After a while, Germany stopped sending reparations so that was offense #1

2.) Building an army - We all know almost every country needs to build their own army to provide for themselves as well as protect themselves from any invasion. However, the Treat of Versailles clearly stated that Germany was not allowed to build an army. And guess what, they built one.

3.) Of course, every army needs weapons right? Third offense right here: Germany was not supposed to build any weapons or ready-for-war vehicles, such as tanks, bombers, ships, etc. They broke that as well.

He did all of this because the other countries were making profits off of Germany in that Germany had to send reparations, basically focus their economy on giving other country's payments and meeting their needs.

1. He annexed a region called the Rhineland.

2. He invaded the nation of Czechoslovakia.

3. He set about rebuilding his military forces.
