Quadrant III.... think of it on a graph Quadrant I is the top right because its positive, positive. You go over right which is positive and up is also positive. Quadrant II is top left because its -,+. Over left is - and up is +. So on...

they are both negitive therefore, it would be Quadrent III

but if like on mine, yours isnt -1/2, -1.8 (instead on mine it was 1/2, -1.8) then it would be Quadrent IV
