-Pacinian corpuscles are tactile receptors that are located just beneath the skin and respond to changes in pressure.

Explanation;

-Tactile receptors are sensory receptors which respond to touch. In the glabrous skin (skine without hairs) of the hand we have four types of receptors: Meissner, Merkel, Pacinian, Ruffini.

-Pacinian corpuscles are nerve endings in the skin responsible for sensitivity to vibration and pressure. They respond only to sudden disturbances and are especially sensitive to vibration.
