If a person's special diet does not allow her to eat any milk product, this diet could be : a lactose free, Vegan, or ovo-vegetarian A lactose diet is a diet for those who are lactose intolerant, which cause them to have a digestive problem when they consume milk product. Meanwhile, a lot of vegan based diet require the user not to consume any form of animal product, including the milk
We can say that it is a vegan(i.e. plant based diet). Vegans will not eat animal products, and these include meat, poultry, fish/seafood, and anything obtained from animals such as milk products and eggs. It can also be some type of lactose intolerant diet, because people with lactose intolerance cannot digest lactose (milk sugar).Hope this helps. Let me know if you need additional help!
