area=pir^2
pi=3.14 for this quesiotn
area=3.14r^2

diameter=2r
d/2=r
d=20
20/2=r=10

subsitute
are=3.14(10^2)
are=3.14(100)
area=314

answer is 314 ft^2

Diameter of circle d = 20 feet
Radius, r = d/2 = 20/2 = 10 feet.

Area = πr²

Area = 3.14 * 10²

Area = 3.14 * 10 * 10 = 314

Area = 314 square feet.
