(Anything with temperature to plant relationship would be a reasonable hypothesis).

B. A scientist would need to repeat the experiment more than once because:
-some external factors such as the lighting or plant species could have impacted the results
- errors such as inaccurate temperature readings could change the results
-more test subjects (in this case— lily plants) would allow for more diversity and a more accurate/ reliable reading during the experiment
