Slope (m) = $\frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1}  $

               =  $\frac{15 + 18}{-2 - 9}  $

               =  $\frac{33}{-11}  $

               = -3

y - y₁ = m(x - x₁)  ; where (x₁, y₁) is the point and m is the slope

y - 15 = -3(x + 2)

y - 15 = -3x - 6

    y = -3x + 9
