The given vaues of P and Q are

[tex]P = 4x^4 -3x^3+x^2 -5x +11[/tex]

[tex]Q = -3x^4 + 6x^3-8x^2+4x-3[/tex]

And we have to find the value of

[tex]2P +Q[/tex]

For that, we have to multiply P by 2 and add the result to Q. That is

[tex]2P+ Q = 2(4x^4-3x^3+x^2-5x+11)-3x^4+6x^3-8x^2 +4x-3[/tex]

[tex]= 8x^4 -6x^3 +2x^2 -10x +22-3x^4 +6x^3 -8x^2 +4x-3[/tex]

[tex]= 5x^4-6x^2-6x+19[/tex]

And that's the required result of 2P + Q .
