juego is the conjugation of the verb jugar (to play) for the first-person singular in the simple present. In this sentence, we also ignore the pronoun yo (I) because we know that for this pronoun the conjugation of the verb is juego

Escucho la música (I listen to the music)
escucho is the conjugation of the verb escuchar (to listen to) for the first-person singular in the simple present. We also have ignored the pronoun in this sentence.

Miro la película (I watch the movie)
