I mean the answer is simple, the nucleus is literally the "brain of the cell" so it is the one who "makes the information" so the cell can follow the instructions and the cell works perfectly. For example The mitochondria is the power house which is what gives the cell its energy, if the nucleus wasnt there The mitochondria wouldnt be able to do this.
