Well it definitely is not the product ( that's ATP), and enzyme/electron carrier don't sound right. My answer is Reactant, my reasoning is the glucose does react by oxidation. Through oxidation in fact, it is said that up to 38 ATP molecules can be produced for every 1 glucose molecule that is oxidized.
