Probably the best answer would be A.

The correct answers are the following.

A.- the president of the United States would try to maintain objectivity and convey information based on numbers and statistics, provided by the Department of Commerce, the Fed, and other institutions. He would always procure the best for the nation.

B.- the leader of a developing nation knows little about scarcity because as the leader of a developing nation, they have the necessary things and the kind of economy to make a good living.

C.- a U.S citizen whose income is in the top one percent would find that the economy is ok and that it is able to buy the things they need and save some money or invest it. Probably, spend some money on entertainment and vacation.

D.- However, a U.S. citizen whose income is in the bottom 5 percent would find things difficult. Make a decent living should be not an easy thing to do. This citizen has to work hard daily to make ends meet.
