Need help!! Can someone show me how to solve this problem pls :(

Add 9 to the equation to get rid of -9 of the left side. Then you have n/4 = 2. Multiply the equation by 4 to get rid of the 4 on the left side in the denominator. You would have n = 8 which is your final answer!. If this is right could I possibly have brainliest? Hope this helped!! :)
[tex] -9 +\frac{n}{4}=-7
\\ \\-9 +9+\frac{n}{4}=-7 +9
\\ \\\frac{n}{4} = 2
\\ \\\frac{n}{4}*4 = 2*4
\\ \\ n=8
\\ \\ Answer\ is\ 8. [/tex]
