The meeting was Yalta Conference.
Yalta Conference was where Chrchill, Stalin and Roosevelt, also known as the big three,discussed the postwar settlements of the Europe after World War Two(WWII) ends.
It mainly discussed the settlement of Germany, who started the war, and came to a decision that they would devide Germany into 4 zones, ruled by different countries and also had her to compensate for the destruction the war has brought. It also had to be disarmed and dazified.
In the conference the division of land was also discussed, for example, Eastern Poland would he given to the Soviet Union.
