The third one tells us the price is $12 per liter, that is to say, the top number is twelve times the bottom number.

.25 × 12 = $3

.7 × 12 = $8.40

2.5 × 12 = $30

3.52 × 12 = $42.24

$57.60 / 12 = 4.80 liters

From the figure we can see that cost of 1 liter of item is $12

So we can apply unitary method here to find price of others

cost of 0.25 liters= 0.25*12 = $3

for 2.5 liters , cost would be 2.5*12 = $30

cost of 0.7 liters =0.7 *12 = $8.4

cost of 3.52 liters = 3.52*12= $42.24

now if in $12 we can get 1 liter of item

so in $1 we can get 1/12 = 0.083 liters of item

using this in last part,

Amount that can be bought for $57.60 = 57.60*0.083= 4.7808 liters

57.60
