Follow me backwards. Lord Byron is commenting on how beautiful the woman he sees. The closest thing to onomatopoeia is the word waves. But the meaning of waves does not sound like the word itself. He means that her hair (which is in tresses) waves and the dark (black) color is a nameless grace. There is no word there that sounds like what it is.
Go to the first one. He is talking about a hard day of work and all he can think of is sleep. (I'm being a bit polite). He is tired and he wants to rest his limbs.
The middle selection (by Poe) is the one you want. Silver bells that tinkle tinkle tinkle. That's what tiny silver bells sound like. That would be my choice.
