$\frac{1}{2}=\frac{1*15}{2*15} =\frac{15}{30}\\ \frac{3}{5}=\frac{3*6}{5*6} =\frac{18}{30}\\\frac{1}{3}=\frac{1*10}{3*10} =\frac{10}{30}\\\frac{2}{5}=\frac{2*6}{5*6} =\frac{12}{30}$

So we have

15/30,18/30,10/30,12/30

which can be arranged as

10/30 , 12/30, 15/30,18/30

That is 1/3,2/5,1/2, 3/5

And that's the required order .
