Alright, lets get started.

The particular rocket lenght is = 16 ft

We need to built a model of that keeping scale given 1 in = 2 ft

Means each 2 ft, we need to consider height of model is 1 in.

Which means, for 16 ft, we need to make model of = 16 / 2 = 8 inches

So the model is 8 inches tall. : Answer
