I want to know how far I traveled on my 21-speed bike. I know the speed I went (2.5 m/s) and I know that my bike ride was 45 minutes long.

Distance = rate x time. Your rate is 2.5 meters per second and your time is 45 minutes. So d=2.5 x 45. Your distance is 112.5 meters.
