I need help with this please

The first equation is given in slope-intercept form y=mx+b, where m is slope and b is the y-intercept. So the slope is 3 and the y intercept is -2. See the image attached for the graph. The second equation is in standard form, so we need to isolate y to find the slope-intercept form.
