Is ‘t is greater than or equal to 14’ correct?

The question says they will run less than 36 miles, so this means they will run up to 35 miles.
They have run 22 so far, so t will be less than or equal to 35 - 22
T is less than or equal to 13.
the correct answer would be t ≤ 14 becasue it says she will run less than 36 miles, she wont run more or greater miles this week meaning greater to or equal is incorrect.
I hope this helped :)
